Reservation hours will need to be approved by ownership
Payment is required at time of reservation, or if pre-approved the day of prior to the schedule reservation

Terms / Liability Disclaimer for Bonfire Reservations
Safety Guidelines: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Weather Policy: Bonfires are subject to cancellation or rescheduling in the event of inclement weather. Management will provide notice and work with guests to reschedule or issue a credit.
Liability: Melrose Oyster House & Beach Club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the bonfire experience. Guests participate at their own risk. Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.
Fire Management: Only staff are permitted to add wood or adjust the fire. Guest interference with the fire setup is prohibited for safety reasons.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a credit to be used toward future bookings.
Prohibited Items: Outside firewood, accelerants, and flammable materials are not allowed. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless pre-approved by the owner(s)
Clean-Up: Guests must ensure personal items are removed at the end of the event. Any items left behind will be held for 7 days before disposal.
Reservation Confirmation: Bonfire reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A reservation confirmation email will be sent with all details.
